Gallery at 85 Main Street is located in the Centerbrook section of Essex, CT down the street from the historic Essex Steam Train. The mission of Gallery at 85 Main Street is to preserve and promote the style of realism and impressionism that began in the Connecticut River Valley at the turn of the 20th century. We represent the finest local and regional artists painting in this genre.
